📢 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content appearing on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

⚖️ Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Customlywear has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
